ELDER-LED PROGRAMMING & SERVICES
Elder-led means, assuring elders within the province from our communities (whether on-reserve or off-reserve) take an active part in programming and when necessary to be called in for service delivery.
Our Elder-led will guide our project coordinators in addressing our cultural, traditional & healing through her means of communication with our community elders.
One staff (Elderly) under one of our projects will overlook the role in our Elder-led Programming & Services put in place through our association.
